Mike Tyson is the proud owner of Tyson Ranch, which has been manufacturing his own strands of marijuana that can be purchased at weed dispensaries around California and Las Vegas. They also create various cannabis products.
According to Tyson, the ranch sells $500,000 of weed a month which means there has to be plenty of market research.
For Tyson, that means lighting up and testing his product.
So, just how much weed does the former heavyweight boxing champion smoke a month? During a conversation on his podcast “Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson” which is co-hosted by former NFL lineman Eben Britton — Tyson estimated that he smokes a whopping $40,000 of weed a month.

That’s a whole lot of smoking, but it is great to see Tyson living his best life.
Tyson previously appeared on “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast with comedian and UFC commentator Joe Rogan where he explained his love of weed and discussed why he smokes so much on a regular basis.
“If I didn’t smoke, I would have a bad day. I’m a real moody guy without it,” Tyson said. “It smooths me out, like I’m a whole different person. It makes me on top of my game. I like who I am when I smoke. Without weed I don’t like who I am sometimes. That’s the real. I don’t like that guy, I want to get away from that guy.”
After his appearance on the podcast, Tyson gifted Rogan an incredible humidifier box stashed with pre-rolled joints.
Some athletes struggle to find a new interest or passion after retirement, but Tyson has fit right in with the weed community and the sky is the limit for Tyson Ranch.
