Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Live Stream 2019: How to Watch Online Free

It’s the Fourth of July, so the annual Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks will once again be lighting up the sky in New York City’s East River above the Brooklyn Bridge. The iconic celebration will be broadcast live on NBC with coverage beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET. The actual fireworks display, meanwhile, will begin at 9:25 p.m. ET and is expected to last for approximately 25 minutes.

The theme of this year’s show is American Cinema.

“From the opening sequence representing the silver screen and featuring a dramatic silver hued pyrotechnic curtain unfurling from below the bridge to stunning multicolored waterfalls and chase scenes, a host of dazzling and intricate effects will be fired from more than 100 locations spanning the entire bridge, its towers and roadways,” according the show’s website reads.

You can expect to hear John Williams’ “Star Wars,” “Superman” and “E.T.” compositions, along with Max Steiner’s “Casablanca Suite” and Alfred Newman’s “20th Century Fox Fanfare.”

Coverage of the Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks will be hosted by Grammy-winning artist Ciara and dancer Derek Hough. There will also be a number of musical performances throughout the night from artists like Luke Bryan, Brad Paisley, Maren Morris, Khalid, and Jennifer Hudson.
