Cadesha Michelle Bishop has been identified as the woman in a shocking video that shows her pushing an elderly man to his death. The 25-year-old woman was arrested after surveillance video showed Bishop violently pushing 74-year-old Serge Fournier out of a bus after a verbal altercation.
Fournier would later die in the hospital due to injuries suffered during the fall.
According to reports, Bishop was shouting and cursing at other passengers on the bus when Fournier was on his way out. He turned around and asked her to stop. At that point, Bishop turned her aggression to Fournier and shoved Fournier out of the bus with both hands. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Fournier told Bishop she should be nicer to other people.
The incident occurred on March 21 and Fournier initially refused medical treatment.

The victim refused medical treatment and died from his injuries on April 23.
The family notified Las Vegas police of his death on May 3, and Bishop was arrested on May 6, according to police.
Fournier spent one month in the hospital before succumbing to his injuries, according to KSNV. He leaves behind a wife who is disabled, so his sudden death has led to financial issues for the family.
Bishop faces murder charges and is being held on $100,000 bond, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Prior to the incident with Fournier, Bishop had been convicted of misdemeanor battery charges twice.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has since released video of the incident.

A preliminary hearing for Bishop is scheduled for May 21.
