The school was placed on lockdown around 8 a.m. local time. A heavy police presence is currently responding to the scene.
At the time of this writing, the reports of the possible intruder have not been confirmed. Furthermore, there is no description of the reported trespasser.
Additionally, there is no indication that any of the Dillard High School students or staff are in danger at this time.
