A woman in the United Kingdom had a bizarre idea for settling her drug issue. After trying to score some cocaine from the plug, the woman realized that she had been scammed. Instead of getting the powdery white substance, she discovered that she simply received some brown sugar.
Now, you can get a sugar high, but this lady wasn’t having it.
Instead, she made the brilliant decision to alert local authorities that she was scammed while also admitting she was attempting to purchase an illegal drug.
The call went as follows, according to the Police Service of Northern Ireland in Craigavon:
Caller: I’ve been scammed.
Me: Ok, are you out any money?
Caller: Yeah I paid over £200 and got brown sugar instead.
Me: Instead of what?
Caller: Cocaine.
Me: 😳 Um…
Nope, not a joke. An actual call 🤦♂️
They added, “We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again- drug dealers care about NOTHING other than lining their own pockets. Granted, it’s not exactly the sort of slick wheeling and dealing business savvy that would see you go the distance on The Apprentice, but it shouldn’t surprise anyone that drug dealers are scammers!
