After much anticipation, Migos member Offset has released his long-awaited solo album Father of 4 on Friday, February 22. The solo project was initially set to release on December 14, 2018, but it was unexpectedly delayed. And after giving the album a listen, it was worth the wait.
For his debut solo project, Offset landed features from his wife Cardi B, J. Cole, Travis Scott, 21 Savage, Quavo, Gucci Mane, Gunna, CeeLo Green and Big Rube.
As you can see from the get-go, Father of 4 is a very personal album to the rapper who took to Twitter to share his inspiration.
“I am a FATHER OF 4,” he wrote on Twitter. “The most beautiful and smart kids I could ask for. I want them to understand there dad for the good and the bad. The decisions I made was to feed I’m not a perfect FATHER BUT I AM A FATHER OF 4!”
