Video of a restaurant goer going on a racially-charged rant is going viral. In a video filmed at Tampico Mexican Restaurant in Parkersburg, West Virginia, a diner can be seen berating Sergio Budar, the general manager of the restaurant, because workers were speaking Spanish.
Yes, a woman in a Mexican restaurant was complaining that the workers were speaking their native language.
During her tirade, the woman, who is only identified as Jill, can be heard saying “get the f–k out of my country.” Budar offered to pay for the woman’s meal in order to get her to leave, but she continued her racist rant.
The video was filmed by a hostess at the restaurant, Miranda Castillo, according to the New York Post.
The woman told Budar, “English is our first language, so you need to speak English. I don’t have a problem with the way you look, but you’re in America and you need to speak English.” She continued, “I got raped by illegal aliens. You can’t speak English and you want me to be nice to you? F–king rapists.”
A chef eventually intervened.
“It makes me feel angry, sad. It’s unbelievable that we’re still seeing this kind of behavior to this day. If you’re going to be racist you’re going to leave,” the chef said. “This man takes care of me,” said the chef, referring to Budar. “And you’re gonna get outta here if you’re gonna talk to him like that.”

While discussing the incident, Budar said that he was “sad” and “angry” about how the interaction played out.
“I’ve been living here for almost two decades and counting. I got my U.S. citizenship while here, but that doesn’t mean that people can’t speak other languages that are not English,” he told NBC.
