For all the young grasshoppers out there, the Game Awards is an annual awards ceremony created by Geoff Keighley in 2014, that honors accolades in the video game industry. It also features premieres of new exciting games and upcoming contents that spice up the industry. Once hailed by The New York Times as “The Oscars of the gaming world,” they reached over 18 million staggering viewers in 2017.

Developed exclusively for digital streaming platforms, The Game Awards unifies a diverse population of game developers, Esports victors, digital influencers and Hollywood stars to participate in a night that showcases winners, new game announcements, and like every party, musical performances.
