Bold Strategy, Cotton: 'ESPN 8: The Ocho' Is Returning On Aug. 8

“ESPN 8: The Ocho” is returning on Aug. 8, 2018 for the second straight year. The Worldwide Leader in Sports will be replacing its regularly-scheduled programming on ESPN 2 on Wednesday, Aug. 8, to bring sports fans across the country some rarely-seen sports on the rebranded channel, “ESPN 8: The Ocho presented by KFC Battle of the Buckets” for 24-hours.
The change is inspired by the comedy film “Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story.”
Since KFC is sponsoring the 24-hour channel takeover, you can expect to see commercials throughout the day advertising their new promotion.
