The 2018 NBA Draft took place Thursday, June 21 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The top basketball prospects from around the world will learn where they will be beginning their professional careers, including Slovenian star Luka Doncic and former Arizona Wildcats standout DeAndre Ayton, who hails from The Bahamas.
Throughout the night, all 30 teams in the league will welcome a new crop of potential superstars to their roster as they look to find the next big thing in the NBA.
The first pick of the draft belonged to the Phoenix Suns, who chose to keep Ayton in Arizona.
