After the wild and shocking initial weekend of March Madness that saw a number one seed fall to a sixteen seed for the first time in NCAA Tournament history, it’s hard to imagine that there are still two more weeks of this incredibly entertaining affair left to thoroughly enjoy. On top of what the UMBC Retrievers were able to do to the Virginia Cavaliers on Friday, two eleven seeds in Loyola-Chicago and Syracuse both punched their tickets to the Sweet Sixteen, which is only the fourth time that such a feat has been accomplished in the history of the NCAA Tournament. With only the East Region displaying a chalk bracket, there will inevitably still be more intriguing upsets to come which will make what has already been a thrilling tournament, even more, draw dropping. Could this be the year that we see a double-digit seeded team make it to the National Title Game and potentially win it all?
