Golden Globes 2018 Red Carpet Photos: Best & Must-See Pictures

The 75th annual Golden Globe Awards were held last night in Beverly Hills, California, and despite the sea of black dresses, the red carpet did not disappoint.
The Golden Globes were hosted by Late Night host Seth Meyers, who hosted the ceremony for the first time.
Presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association beginning in January 1944, the Golden Globe Awards recognized the best in film and television, both domestic and foreign.
In the film categories, The Shape of Water (7 nominations), The Post (6 nominations) and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (6 nominations) led the way. In television, HBO’s Big Little Lies led the nominations with six. During the show, talk show host, actress and philanthropist Oprah Winfrey was honored with the Cecil B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award.
The red carpet was filled with some of the most beautiful people in the world, although they were dressed as if they were going to a funeral.
Most of the celebrities in attendance were wearing black in support of the #TimesUp movement. The Time’s Up Movement is in response to the tidal wave of sexual harassment and abuse claims in Hollywood. The movement is being back by hundreds of actors and actresses in the industry. Host Seth Meyers addressed the elephant in the room right out of the gate with his opening monologue.
