Meanwhile, Archie and Veronica looked for clues about The Black Hood leading them to a case about the Riverdale Ripper, a serial killer who struck years before. At F.P.’s retirement party from the Serpents, organized by naive Betty, Veronica ends her relationship with Archie after a talk about love while Jughead leaves Betty in order to keep her away from the Serpents and his “way of life”.
