When we were young children, we all dreamed of being able to step into that looking-glass, or being caught up in that cyclone, and finding yourself in a new, world filled with colorful, fantastic things. Even when we are older, we probably never grow out of imagining what our lives could be like if only a few things (or maybe more than a few things) were different, as if we had any control over our short, pathetic lives. On Twitter, today, people have been vouching over what life could only be…in like #InAnAlternateReality.
Some people are going to use it to talk about the little things they imagine. Others will use it to make ironic statements about how they feel the world should be. I personally tend to lean towards the former, but I am honestly surprised we don’t live in a world where fetch happened. I thought it already happened!
