Lil Uzi Vert is famous for his rapid fire style and his collaboration with Migos on the ultra famous Migos Bad and Boujee, which reached number one of the Billboard Hot 100. This Philadelphia-born rapper is coming out with his first studio album Luv Is Rage 2, which is a sequel to his 2015 mixtape Luv Is Rage.
Complex magazine described Zert as “one of those names to pay attention to in 2016.” Noisey praised Zert as “articulately charismatic”, a “natural entertainer,” and who is “for better or for worse, yanking people into the future.”
Zert says that Marilyn Manson is his greatest influence or inspiration. The 23-year-old star’s music is also influenced by the likes of Kayne West, Lil’ Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, the Ying Yang Twins, and more.
He’s only been in the game since 2013, and this guy has already reached the top of the charts with the hit song Bad and Boujee reaching that number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 in January 2017.
