Miss COED of the Day: Celia Voltaggio of Pennsylvania State University

If you’re a college student who wants to be our featured in Miss COED 2018, email your name, Instagram account (set to public), and school to [email protected]
Celia loves Penn State because of its school spirit, especially on Saturday’s for game day.  She is a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority and is a behavioral health major. She is a big fan of the LA Angels. Her best advice to college freshman would be to “not worry about boys.” FEELS.
