University of Wisconsin's Twitter Account Hacked; See The Screenshots

Officials at the University of Wisconsin have confirmed that someone was able to hack into the university’s main Twitter account Wednesday morning.
People receiving tweets from the university account Wednesday received a profane tweet around three hours ago that did not originate from the UW.
University spokesperson Meredith McGlone said technicians are trying to resolve the problem.
Check out the screenshots of the profane Tweets below.
As of now, there appear to have only been four Tweets that seemingly came from the hackers.
