When users try loading Instagram, they are reportedly getting error messages and have not been able to see updated notifications. Other reported issues include not being able to access the website, upload videos or tag more than three people.

It is unknown what the cause of these technical issues are as of now. People have taken to Twitter to comment on the matter.
