The four-seed Washington Wizards took care of business at home, jumping out to a 2-0 series lead over the five-seed Atlanta Hawks. Game 2 was a back and forth affair, but in the end, the Wizards were able to prevail with a 109-101 victory.
John Wall and Bradley Beal were the heroes for the Wizards, as the backcourt duo was scoring in bunches. Wall finished with 32 points, five rebounds, and nine assists, while Beal had 31 points, two rebounds, and three assists.

Wall has been unstoppable through the first two games of the series, averaging 32 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 11.5 assists. He’s hit 47.7% from the floor, 66.7% from three-point range, and 85.7% from the free throw line, as he’s clearly playing the best basketball of his career.
For the Hawks, Paul Millsap lead the way with 27 points on 6-of-14 shooting from the floor while grabbing 10 rebounds and dishing out four assists. But he did turn the ball over five times, which has been a major issue for Atlanta. Through the first two games of the series, the Hawks have a whopping 37 turnovers.
