With Kevin Durant back in action, can the Golden State Warriors be stopped? Or will they roll through the league en route to their second title in three seasons? They’re the favorites for a reason at the moment, but even the 72-win team last year dropped a 3-1 series lead.
Can LeBron James whip the Cleveland Cavaliers into shape? After a dreadful second half to the season, the Cavs lost the Eastern Conference’s No. 1 seed to the Boston Celtics. That could come back to haunt them in a potential Game 7 in the Eastern Conference Finals.
Which prospective MVP – James Harden or Russell Westbrook – will come out on top in their first round matchup? Neither the Houston Rockets or the Oklahoma City Thunder are considered serious title contenders, can either squad make a deep playoff run? Personally, I want to keep seeing Russ obliterating everything in his path.
