A group of young punks resorted to violence after they were unable to get in a late night hoop sesh at the Delta Chi house at Troy University. According to Detective James Taylor, the squad of approximately 50 teenagers arrived to the frat house between 1:30 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. on April 2, eager to ball out of their goddamn minds.
When Delta Chi told them to leave their back patio, these dudes were not having it. The high schoolers started throwing hands in a brawl that sounded to be absolutely chaotic. Here’s The Tropolitan with the details on the fight.
Several brothers suffered minor facial and bodily injuries. Some sported bruises on their faces, and others had their shirts ripped or covered in blood. One stumbled around while trying to cover what appeared to be a nosebleed.
A few brothers, Taylor said, also had to be taken to Troy Regional Medical Center for some cuts, but no one had to stay overnight for severe injuries.
Jesus, these kids must really love their basketball. If some frat bros told me to beat it when I was in high school, I would have hightailed it out of there with no questions asked. But times have changed and kids are barbaric these days, willingly to launch haymakers in an instant. They probably even raided Delta Chi’s fridge of Natty Light and made them lick white dogshit afterwards. Chris Gardocki would be proud.
