Legion, which comes from Fargo showrunner Noah Hawley, has redefined visual storytelling with an arresting and creative aesthetic that transforms traditional exposition into candy for the eyes. It also doesn’t hurt that, aside from a few dragging mid-season moments, the story behind the gripping performances of Dan Stevens, Rachel Keller and Aubrey Plaza is thrilling.
