The top sixteen is set as Wisconsin and Florida will go head to head for a spot in the elite eight. Both teams are coming off big wins and are looking to continue their luck. Let’s take a look at how both teams have fared so far in March Madness.
Wisconsin put everyone to shame and destroyed a lot of people’s brackets along the way. After many had the top-seeded Villanova to make it to the final four, Wisconsin came in and crushed the Wildcats’ dreams. With a close final score of 65-62, the Badgers are now looking as the new favorites to possibly win it all. However, Wisconsin is going to have to pull out another big win if they want to make it to the elite eight.
Florida has yet to find a worthy competitor, as they have outscored both the teams they have played by over ten points. The Gators are sitting high on their fourth seed and are looking to continue their warpath to the championship, yet winning does not always come easy. In order to keep their season going, the Gators are going to have to pull out all the stops against the Badgers.
