The Terminator is coming to the University of Houston.
The school has announced that Arnold Schwarzenegger will be the 2017 commencement speaker. Considering that this year’s graduating class all came up in the 1990s when Schwarzenegger’s movies were still a thing, this is exciting news.
The Terminator. The Governor. The Philanthropist. Our 2017 Commencement speaker. @Schwarzenegger.

The school released the following statement on its website: “A commencement tradition is revived at the University of Houston. It is pomp. It is impressive. It is spectacular. It is joy and pride for your family, and a model for future generations to follow.”
Schwarzenegger will have tough acts to follow as Scott Kelly and Matthew McConaughey both earned rave reviews for their speeches.
The school-wide celebration will go down on May 12, at 10:00 A.M. In the meantime, please enjoy the below video of Schwarzenegger’s best-ever action movie one-liners.
