March 9, 2017, marked the 20th anniversary of the death of the Notorious B.I.G., Christopher Wallace.
While tributes were pouring out from all corners of the earth, one of the best shoutouts to the late, great Biggie Smalls came from Hell Washington D.C.
Brooklyn Democratic Rep. Hakeem Jeffries took time on the house floor to pay tribute to the iconic rapper by spitting a couple lines from Biggie’s classic banger “Juicy.”

His rags-to-riches life story is the classic embodiment of the American dream. Biggie Smalls is gone but he will never be forgotten. Rest in piece Notorious B.I.G.. Where Brooklyn at?”
