In case you were ever super curious about the minutia of Upton and Verlander’s sex life, the three-time Sports Illustrated cover model recently opened up about it while appearing on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. During the interview, a caller bravely asked whether Verlander prefers sex before or after a game.
First of all, big ups to this guy for his journalistic spirit. This is a great question. Second of all, big ups to Upton for being brave enough to answer this question. Third of all, Verlander is a six-time All-Star, 2011 Cy Young winner, 2011 MVP and former Rookie of the Year. Of course I want to know what his game-day routine is.

“There’s no sex before a game, absolutely none. Also, what I’ve just found is if he plays too well there’s no sex after (the game) either… because he’s exhausted, which is kind of a buzzkill for me.”
Wow, what a curveball (pun intended). All of us normal jabronis would do absolutely anything to sleep with Kate Upton. But, my man Verlander is not a normal jabroni. He’s a future Hall of Famer who doesn’t mess around when it comes to game day. Respect the hustle.
