Sarah Kohan, a 22-year-old law student from Sydney, has spent the last couple of years traveling to some of the globe’s most exotic locations like the Cook Islands, Bora Bora, Hawaii, The Bahamas, Europe, and South America.
Kohan, who has completed exchange courses at Harvard University and Columbia University, documented her adventures on Instagram.
Graduating from Notre Dame in June, Kohan has been swimming with sharks for about seven years. After college, she hopes to intern with the International Criminal Court in the Netherlands.
While speaking to Daily Mail, Kohan explained that she loves to be swimming in the water with whales and said it felt like “nothing else matters.”
‘When I’m underwater and swimming with a whale, it seems like nothing else matters – seeing an animal in their element and being able to interact with them without feeling scared or them feeling vulnerable – that’s nice to see,’ she said.
Ms Kohan said she has been swimming with sharks for about seven years and swum with humpback whales for the first time last year.
She said she hopes to break the stigma surrounding sharks.
‘They’re beautiful creatures and so unique. People always need to be respectful of their surroundings and appreciate that they are just a beautiful animal.’
A gorgeous blonde lawyer who loves nature? Sounds like the perfect girl if you ask me.
