When was the last time you heard Vice President Mike Pence say anything? I know the guy speaks, but the mainstream media usually shies away from anything and everything Pence. Though I can’t really blame the guy for being overlooked. He stands behind the loud and powerful Trump, who literally commands attention.
However, Pence did get some media attention when cast members from Broadway’s Hamiliton sent Mike a message. And on Wednesday night, two days before Trump’s inauguration, there was an LGBT dance party in front of Pence’s house as a means of protest and merriment. Sounds like fun.

But what did we learn from all this? Pence is getting media attention by what other people do and say. Trump can get media attention by just uttering (or tweeting) a sentence.
