If you’re without a drone this holiday season and find yourself desperately wanting a quadcopter or drone to play with, Black Friday 2016 is going to be the best time to buy a drone.
While there are a lot of different brands you have to choose from as far as drones go, we 100% suggest buying yourself a DJI Phantom drone. Although we were very high on the GoPro Karma drone, they have all been recalled. The DJI Mavic is the best drone on the market right now, but it’s completely sold out and the demand is so high that we sadly don’t expect to see a Black Friday on the Mavic. That leaves us with the DJI Phantom 3 (Standard + Professional), DJI Phantom 4, and the various bundle sites like eBay and Best Buy are rolling out for Black Friday.

The deal is actually better than what we were anticipating. At $859, this is a good $300+ discount on a top-notch drone. Honestly, this is probably the greatest discount you’re likely to find on Black Friday 2016.
EBay has also made it known that select DJI drone models will be discounted up to 40% all weekend, so that’s definitely something that you should be looking at as well.

A DJI Phantom 3 Standard for $369 is the lowest price you’ll see for a professional quality drone this Black Friday 2016. The link on Walmart’s website hasn’t gone up yet, but their corporate office confirmed that’s the price for the drone. Expect this to sell out almost immediately at 12:01 A.M. EST on November 24. This is probably going to be the hottest item for sale.
