A shooting has occurred near Valley Forge Military Academy in Radnor Township, Pennsylvania. The shooting took place at the 1000 block of Eagle Road, close to the campus. Emergency crews are responding to the shooting, according to NBC Philadelphia, citing Delaware County officials.
CBS’s local Philadelphia station reports:
A spokesperson for the Valley Forge Military Academy tells Eyewitness News that the shooting did not take place on the campus, and did not involve any faculty or students.
Valley Forge Military Academy and College is a military boarding school with students in middle and high school and also of college age. The Delaware County school was established in 1928.

Police said they put the school on lockdown while they searched buildings, but found no evidence of a shooting nor any victims as of around 7 pm EST. The lockdown has since ended.
