Karolina Pliskova is a Czech tennis player who’s becoming more and more of a powerhouse each year. Although she’s only 24-years-old, the 6’1″ player has already won six WTA singles titles and five doubles titles on the tour. In fact, Karolina and her sister Kristyna became the first twin sisters to win a doubles title in WTA history.
Although she’s been seen as someone with great potential in many of the Grand Slam tournaments, she hasn’t always met expectations thus far. That being said, she did defeat heavy favorite Venus Williams in the fourth round of the 2016 US Open.
