Sean and Brodie Copeland, a father and son from Texas were among the 80 plus killed in the horrific attack in the French city of Nice during Bastille Day.
According to Daily Mail, while State Department spokesman John Kirby did not identify the two victims, but friends on social media confirmed that they are father and son Sean and Brodie Copeland from Lakeway, Texas.
Sean Copeland, 51, was an Lexmark Corporation executive. An alumni of the University of North Texas, Sean was the vice president of North and South America for Lexmark Corporation’s Kapow Software Division
Sean, and his 11-year-old son Brodie were celebrating Bastille Day with the locals on Thursday when a terrorist drove a truck through the crowds and opened fire. The death total currently sits at 84.
