Billionaire CEO Reveals His Top 5 Interview Questions, You'd Be Totally Screwed

Drew Houston, billionaire CEO/founder of Dropbox, a file sharing and storage company, revealed his top 5 interview questions. While they aren’t like the OD mindf*ck questions douchey companies like Google and Apple use, these questions are super deep, super vague, and are open to interpretation. Needless to say, I’d probably be screwed.
The questions:
1. Who is the best in the world at what you do?
2. Who are your influences?
3. What have you learned in the last year?
4. If you were able to sit yourself down 10 years ago, what advice would you give your younger self?
5. What are the most important lessons you’ve taken away?

See, not too complicated, but that doesn’t make them easy. I’m gonna take a stab at answering them:
1. Who is the best in the world at what you do?

2. Who are your influences?

3. What have you learned in the last year?

4. If you were able to sit yourself down 10 years ago, what advice would you give your younger self?

5. What are the most important lessons you’ve taken away?

During the interview with New York Times writer Adam Bryant, Houston said:

“I’m drawn to people who really love their craft, and treat it like a craft, and are always trying to be better and are obsessed with what separates great from good.”

Houston believes that these 5 questions help him understand if a potential candidate has all of these qualities. Personally, on second thought, I think I nailed them. What would your answers be? And don’t stress too hard, cause my answers will still be better.
