This weekend is MLS Heineken Rivalry Week, which means that here in NYC we’re all set for the New York Derby. For those of you who don’t know what a derby is, it’s a soccer match between two teams based in the same cities. So this Saturday, for example, the New York Red Bulls will play the New York City Football Club (NYCFC).
The New York Derby is a game that a lot of soccer fans are excited to watch, and Heineken helped to get the rivalry started early with a fun life-sized foosball field in Herald Square. Players like Mix Diskerud (NYCFC) and Felipe (Red Bulls) were also in attendance to get the fans hyped.

That’s me hanging with a member of the USMNT. No biggie. But it wasn’t enough to merely chill with the players and the fans, we hopped into the 4v4 Life-Sized Foosball Table/Arena to take on some of the MLS’s fiercest.
