Joseph Micalizzi is the victim of the shooting early Monday morning inside the TKE fraternity house at NJIT.
Police are calling the killing an armed robbery, but the investigation is still ongoing. Joseph died in University Hospital around 5:00 AM, an hour and half after he was shot twice within his own fraternity house.
The shooting is still an ongoing investigation, but one witness who wished to remain unidentified told reporters she believes Joseph was followed back home from a market by at least one man, who then entered into the TKE house with Joseph and shot him twice.
