Longtime fans of the Oakland Raiders remember the good old days when the team was in the playoffs every season and challenging for Super Bowl titles. Those days have been gone for a long time now but the 2015 season showed a different team that may be on to something after going 7-9. Derek Carr is looking like the real deal at quarterback and with an improved run game; Oakland could be one of the biggest surprises of the 2016 season. Will their defense get better as well along the way and help Carr and the offense out? Watch out for the Raiders this coming year.
