Natalie Kremer is one half of the amazing Instagram account @OurVisualEscape that’s gone viral. Her boyfriend, Brandon Lerry, and her took a trip to Thailand and other Asian countries with the help of a $2,500 financial aid check.
People are less than pleased about the use of the money for things other than textbooks, but both Natalie and Brandon defended their actions and use of the check in an Instagram article.
Personally, I don’t have as big of a problem with it as some of the other grumpy people on the internet. If the government comes and penalizes him because of his use of the money, that’s one thing. But anyone else who’s saying he’s irresponsible or whatever are just jealous that the two of them got to travel to the dopest place in the world while they’re still young.
Thailand is the bomb. It’s cheap. It’s fun. And it’s relatively safe (unless you’re Pierce Brosnan and Owen Wilson)
