Alex Rodriguez may have made a name for himself as a New York Yankee, but his dating record has kept him in the news. He’s had the opportunity to date some of Hollywood’s hottest women — Cameron Diaz, Madonna, Kate Hudson — but now he’s taking a different route and we’re kind of confused.
A-Rod is now reportedly dating Anne Wojcicki, a biologist, Silicon Valley CEO, and ex-wife of Google founder Sergey Brin. You know that whole saying, “Love is blind?” Well, this is a great example of it.
Granted, Wojcicki has a lot going for her. Not only is she self-made and can carry her own, she’s also the sister of YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki and founded the personal genomics analytics company 23andMe, making her a wayyyyy brighter bulb than the majority of women A-Rod has ever had in his bed.
Maybe this one will stick? Possibly… or maybe he’ll go back to Hollywood babes in a month like we’re used to. We’ll see.
