As far as best places to go on Spring Break in 2016, South Padre Island was probably one of the better choices you could make. Not only did the police allow as much drinking and fun as they had in previous years, things somehow seemed like they got turned up a notch. You had people like Ke$ha, Lil Dicky, and even Young Thug turn out for the month-long party.
As you may or may not know, South Padre Island is one of the few places in America where drinking on the beach is completely legal. Other than glass bottles, everything else is allowed. That includes kegs, plastic handles, beer bongs, whatever.
