You know what’s officially been deemed the best news of 2016? That you can avoid getting prostate cancer by having an orgasm a day.
It’s like music to our ears.
In a new study conducted by scientists at the Harvard Medical Center School and Brigham and Women Hospital, men who ejaculate at least once a day were found to have a much lower risk of developing prostate cancer.
You know what’s even better? You don’t even need a partner to do it. The study elaborates that solo-sex acts (ahem… and wet dreams…) are good enough, just as long as you get at least one orgasm a day.
Get healthier by having more sex – add it to your New Year’s Resolutions list.
