Dermont E. Weaver Jr. of Boston, MA was arrested this past weekend for five counts of open and gross lewdness after the nutter exposed himself to a father and his three children. [lead image via Shutterstock]
According to a police report cited by MassLive, Weaver jumped up and down exposing himself in front of a man and his two daughters, despite the father yelling at him to pull his pants back up [source].
So what did Dermont E. Weaver Jr. decide to do on his court date? Show up without pants! Because if anything will teach the police and the judge to arrest him for flashing children, trying to flash more people will.
Unfortunately Dermont’s attorney Anna Levine stopped the brilliant move in its tracks by cancelling his arraignment.
“The defendant has no pants,” Levine explained to the judge. #PowerMovesOnly
