Champagne cocktails are the best way to help ring in the New Year if you’ve decided to skip out on the expensive clubs and restaurants in favor of hosting your own party. Not only can you create your own atmosphere and vibe with the right drinks, you can start 2016 on a smart budget.
The key is telling your guests to bring at least either two bottles of cheap champagne, one bottle of liquor for mixers, or other garnishes that can turn the inexpensive bubbly into delicious drinks. We suggest saving the nicer champagne for the midnight toast.
