Dude, dating is f*cking hard. First there’s the whole actually finding someone you can stand thing. Then there’s trying to keep them around instead of promptly moving on to the next sexy opportunity that passes them by. Then, of course, there’s learning how to deal with their annoying quirks and the whole “should I text him/her yet, or no?” thing, which is nothing more than a massive pain in the ass. Unfortunately, this never gets better – maybe when you sell your soul and marry, but I wouldn’t know – and this nine year old kid is proving us right.
San Diego Vine star Freddy Amazin recently unveiled his 9-year-old brother’s private dating messages for the benefit of the Internet. Typical! And awesome.
The messages depict a children’s world of dating, which mirrors the adult world of dating – annoying, cryptic, and full of opportunities to eat ice cream together.
His post has since received more than 11,000 likes and 6,000 retweets with hilarious comments to boot (everyone really seemed to love the ice cream part which makes sense – who in their right mind doesn’t love ice cream?!).
