Halloween has sadly come and gone, but luckily we still have the photos to prove it happened.
Between the awesome college parties (ASU and PSU, we’re looking at you) and all of those girls walking around in weirdly sexy costumes, it’s always a night to remember. But who does Halloween the best (besides the Miss COED 2016 contestants)? Celebrities – because they have a lot of money.
Gigi Hadid heated up the night as Sandra D., while Heidi Klum took home best costume – like she does every year – as a seriously enhanced Jessica Rabbit.
