UCLA Student Andrea DelVesco Murdered In Fire: Motive & Drugs Charges

UCLA student Andrea ‘Andy’ DelVesco who was found dead in her apartment Monday morning was facing drug charges, police say.
Andy was arrested on June 10th in Westwood for four counts of drug possession, which included Ecstasy, LSD, methamphetamine and Psilocybin (hallucinogenic mushrooms), according to LA Superior Court records [source].

She was set to appear in court on Friday. We’re not police or investigators, but I’ll give you one guess as to what motive could have been for murder–which is exactly what police are treating her death as.

Drugs are fun and all, but getting involved in the drug game is a losing prospect. Be careful out there in everything that you do and realize that there are some really evil people in the world who don’t care about hurting you.
Update: 2 men have been arrested on suspicion of the murder of Andrea.
