There was a dream season brewing for the Mississippi State Bulldogs in 2014 but late losses put an end to any hopes of making the first college football playoff. A new season in the SEC West is going to bring major challenges against for the Bulldogs who will need Dak Prescott to show once again why he is an elite quarterback at the college level. With a schedule that features several ranked teams including back-to-back road games at Auburn and Texas A&M and playing Alabama and Ole Miss at home late in the season as well, there is potential for big things still.
