Believe it or not, we’re no so big on blowing up students’ spots–but sometimes we don’t feel so bad about it. That’s kind of how we’re feeling about this University of Oklahoma Phi Delta Theta student Luke William Kiron who was arrested on a complaint of sexual battery Saturday during an off-campus concert with Juicy J.
The female victim told police at approximately 10:15 p.m. Aug. 29 she was at a fraternity party at the Diamond Ballroom with University of Oklahoma students.
The victim told police that she was watching a band play when she felt someone behind her. The victim told police the person then felt underneath her skirt, touching her genitals.
The victim reportedly was wearing a skirt with tights. She told police the suspect did not touch her underneath her tights.
Police say a witness identified Kiron as the person touching the victim and confirmed that Kiron was not pushed into the victim. Kiron was then arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail. A LinkedIn profile for Kiron shows he is a member and former president of Phi Delta Theta at the University of Oklahoma. [source]
Obviously the biggest problem is that Luke tried to fingerblast someone without their permission. That’s a paddling. Hell that’s an arrest. But did the former president not think about how his actions might reflect on the job of the current president or the fraternity in general?
