The MTV VMAs 2015 are airing this Sunday, and for those poor souls who are lacking a TV or a highly-valued cable subscription, we’ve got you covered.
MTV will produce a live-streaming, 360-degree virtual-reality video experience for the 2015 MTV VMAs red-carpet pre-show on Sunday, Aug. 30. Desktop viewers will be able to use their mouse to navigate immersive scenes from the red carpe, while those watching on mobile can download the IM360 app and watch the coverage from different angles by moving their device in any direction.
Technology is sweet.
The red-carpet show will begin at 6:30 p.m. ET Sunday. Following the event, the VR content will be available on demand via MTV’s YouTube channel and mtv.com. In addition to the live VR experience, MTV’s All Access Live will feature video captured by 16 different cameras.

You can also checkout the event on Snapchat, where a live stream story will be updated throughout the night. In addition, it will push VMA-related content to Tumblr, Facebook, Instagram, Vine, Twitter and on multiple MTV digital platforms.
