Lauren Forsythe is a sophomore at Christian college Belmont University in Tennessee, and all she wanted to do was join the #FreeTheNipple movement by wearing a totally innocent bikini with a top that just happened to feature a picture of two nipples places pretty much where her usual nipples would be if she was totally naked.
Her sisters at Belmont’s Phi Mu Fraternity’s Theta chapter did not approve of her posting the picture. She was told to take it down, which, of course, is totally oppressive. It’s no surprise that the fine feminists of Cosmopolitan have picked up her cause.
