If you’ve missed Al Bundy these last couple of years, you’re in luck; the Married With Children crew are officially reuniting for a spin-off series.
David Faustino, who played the young Bundy son Bud, made the announcement during last night’s Vacation screening.
According to the actor, Sony is behind the spin-off and are pretty excited about what’s to come:
“The whole cast, including Christina, is down to do little bits in it… The idea would be a pilot for a spinoff. That’s all I can say right now. It involves me and few other people.”
The popular TV show, which focused on the highly dysfunction and hilarious Bundy family, ran for 11 seasons on Fox until 1997.
Fingers crossed this isn’t a hoax – we would be completely bummed if we never got to see what Al Bundy is like in his old man years.
